Once we have exhausted all non-surgical treatment options, we will then pursue a minimally invasive surgical approach.

Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic specializes in treating Neuropathy, related nerve pain and balance issues. We are very excited about the many treatment options available for nerve pain and we have advanced diagnostic technologies available in our offices. With both Dr. Silvester and Dr. Larsen being members of the Association of Lower Extremity Nerve Surgeons (AENS) , we have an 85% success rate for Neuropathy relief.
At Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic, we are specialized in treating chronic heel pain. It is essential to know, heel pain is common but never normal. Our clinic wants to ensure you are seen on time and experience a relatively short wait time. As a result, we schedule all new patients for a 45 minute appointment, to allow for a sufficient amount of questions and information to be exchanged. To help our goal of seeing each patient at their appointed time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your health information on our patient portal. We also ask that you show up on time for your appointment!
