A single injection contains all of these vitamins and supplements that are great for treating Neuropathy.  Below is a list of ingredients:

CYANOCOBALAMIN:  Cyanocobalamin is a form of Vitamin B12 used to prevent and treat low blood levels of this vitamin.  Vitamin B12 is important to maintain the health of your metabolism, blood cells, and nerves.  Vitamin B12 deficiency may result in a low number of red blood cells (anemia) and permanent nerve damage.

METHYLCOBALAMIN:  The active form of Vitamin B12 provides enhanced neurological support for nerve cell health, cognition, memory and emotional well being.  It helps to maintain healthy glutamate activity in the brain.  It is also an important co-factor for energy production, nerve cell protein synthesis, immune function and healthy homocysteine metabolism.

FOLIC ACID, FOLACIN:  (Calcium folinate) and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate.  An extensive body of evidence indicates that adequate folate intake may provide significant cardiovascular, cellular and neural protection.  Methyl folate can be used in a diverse array of methylation reactions to support cardiovascular, neural and emotional health.

GLUTATHIONE:  Synthesized in the body from the amino acids L-cysteine, glycine and L-glutamate acid, glutathione has numerous biological functions:  it is the major endogenous antioxident system that protects and neutralizes free radicals and reactive oxygen compounds.  It assists in the regulations of the nitric oxide cycle.  Glutathione is used by every sytem in the body for metabolic and biochemical reactions, such as DNA synthesis and repair, protein synthesis, prostaglandin synthesis, amino acid transport, and enzyme activation thereby affecting the immune system, the nervous system, the gastrointestinal system and the lungs.

THIAMINE HCL – VITAMIN B1:  One of eight B vitamins, essential for optimum nerve function and helping the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel to produce energy.  Like other B complex vitamins, Thiamine is sometimes called the “anti-stress” vitamin because it may strengthen the immune system and improve the body’s ability to withstand stressful conditions.  It is necessary for the formation of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), which every cell of the body uses for energy.

RIBOFLAVIN 5-PHOSPHATE – VITAMIN B2:  Vitamin B2 is used for the production of energy for the body, proper function of the mono-amine oxidase enzyme, which functions in the metabolism of neurotransmitters for normal functioning of the nervous system.  Riboflavin also works as an antioxidant by fighting damaging particles in the body known as free radicals.  Free radicals can damage cells and DNA, contribute to the aging process and other health conditions, such as heart disease and cancer.  Riboflavin helps the body convert Vitamin B6 and folate into useful forms used for cell growth and red blood cell production.

NIACINAMIDE – VITAMIN B3:  A precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD), it is essential for oxidation-reduction reactions, nutrient metabolism and ATP synthesis.  It helps normalize glucose metabolism and inflammatory responses in the body.

L-METHIONINE – SAMe:  Essential sulfur containing an amino acid that is an important component of enzymes and proteins, including enkephalins and endorphins.  It serves as an important methyl donors and supports the formation of protective myelin around nerves.  It also promotes healthy cellular and lipid metabolism, enzyme activity, and glutathione concentration.  It assists in the modulation of neuronal activity and in neuron-protective properties.

N-ACETYL CARNITINE:  Functions as an antioxidant and promotes the production of glutathione, a free radical scavenger, in cells.  Carnitine carries certain fatty acids to mitochondria to be burned as fuel and they also carry away the waste products of this process.  N-Acetyl Carnitine is essential for the production of a key neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.  The nervous system depends on fat metabolism and fat is a major componenet of the myelin sheath that coats and insulates each nerve cell.  The myelin sheath allows impulses to jump across synapses and travel through the body.  The breakdown of the myelin sheath can prevent the nervous system from being able to communicate effectively with itself.

TAURINE:  It facilitates the passage of electrolytes and electrically stabilizes cell membranes.  It supports the metabolism in the liver and as an antioxidant; it protects cells of the body from damage that results from certain chemical reactions involving oxygen (oxidation).  Of note, diabetics have lower-than-average blood levels of Taurine.

INOSITOL:  As a component of the Vitamin B-Complex family, it plays an important role in cell membrane formation and serves as part of the phosphatidylinositol second messenger system, supporting serotonin,  and cholinergic receptor function and nerve cell regeneration.  Inositol is necessary for nerve and muscle cell  health and viability.

MAGNESIUM SULFATE:  Magnesium activates the enzymes necessary for a large number of enzymatic physiological functions, including neuromuscular contractions, cardiac functions, and the acid-base regulations in the body.  It is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids, and fats. It assists in energy production and is a vital mineral that helps utilize B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C and Vitamine E.

ALPHA AND R-LIPOIC ACID:  A powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and enhances the activity of Vitamin C and E.  As a key component of the metabolic process, it produces energy in the muscles and direct calories into energy production.  It modulates nitric oxide metabolism to promote healthy microcirculation and promote nerve cell health.  Alpha-lipoic acid is used for diabetes and the nerve-related symptoms of diabetes including burning pain and numbness in legs and arms.

PALLADIUM LIPOIC COMPLEX:  A formula that derives its properties from Palladium, which is a rare metal, then combined with Alpha Lipic Acid.  The two elements are bonded to form a potent formulation which acts as a deterrent to many diseases such as diabetic neuropathy, helps in increasing metabolism, keeps blood sugar levels under control, etc. It also assists the body in producing more red blood cells, helps in DNA synthesis, improve the immune and nerve function of the body, metabolism of carbohydrates and better neurotransmitter function.

PROCAINE:  A local anesthetic used extensively for neural therapy in Europe.  It acts to decrease the cell membrane’s permeability and protects surface membranes against irregular bioelectric depolarizing conditions primarily in the A-delta and C nerve fibers.

SODIUM BICARBONATE:  Provides a stable pH for the injected solution.
