Important Information for a Comfortable Experience with Us
We want to ensure your experience is as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Once your surgery date is scheduled, you will receive a Pre-Op Admissions phone call with key details to prepare for your procedure.
Pre-Op Admissions Call
To ensure your surgery day goes smoothly, a Registered Nurse from Christus ASC at Olympia Hills Surgery Center will contact you 24–48 business hours before your scheduled procedure. During this call, the nurse will:
- Review your medical history.
- Provide detailed pre-op instructions.
- Answer any questions you may have.
Arrival Time: Your exact arrival time will be determined based on several factors, including the number of cases scheduled, the type of procedure, and the type of anesthesia required. You will receive your final arrival time during this Pre-Op call.
If you have any questions during this process, feel free to contact us at 210.499.6790.
